# Initial single-stock paper allocation — 22 October 2026

The user authorised inception during the open US regular session. Capital is
500,000 DKK, separate from both existing portfolios. This is a forward paper
experiment: no real broker orders, guaranteed fills or historical returns.
Exact observed quotes, FX, shares, cost basis and the consolidated batch are in
the dashboard's `singleStockPortfolio` and the immutable inception snapshot
`material/single-stocks-2026-10-22-execution.json`.

## Recorded allocation — 15:48:57 Copenhagen

| Company | Shares | Observed ask, USD | Purchase value, DKK |
| --- | ---: | ---: | ---: |
| Microsoft | 14 | 525.68 | 49,115.96 |
| Apple | 21 | 345.12 | 48,368.50 |
| Intuitive Surgical | 17 | 431.23 | 48,925.03 |
| Costco | 7 | 1,005.78 | 46,986.62 |
| Walmart | 63 | 118.38 | 49,772.80 |
| ExxonMobil | 42 | 178.07 | 49,912.95 |
| Chevron | 32 | 227.05 | 48,489.16 |
| **Stocks** | | | **341,571.02** |
| **DKK cash** | | | **158,428.98** |

USD/DKK 6.6738, quoted 15:48:55 Copenhagen. Stock quote timestamps are
09:48 EDT; actual retrieval times are archived. Seven purchases span four
sectors; technology 97,484.46 DKK, healthcare 48,925.03, staples 96,759.42,
energy 98,402.11. All entries exceed 10,000 and remain below 50,000 DKK.
Aggregate planned downside is 13,993.46 DKK versus the 22,500 DKK ceiling;
every initial position is within its 3,000 DKK planned-risk limit.

**Execution shortfall:** Northrop's last checked spread was 0.3148% and RTX's
0.1908%, both above the 0.15% mandatory entry limit, including rechecks. Neither
was purchased. These particular source observations do not prove every venue
had the same spread. Do not reinterpret a wide or venue-limited quote as a
negative fundamental verdict. Their access/liquidity score loses the final
five points and they are currently execution-ineligible. The execution
snapshot, not the conditional ranking table below, is the final decision record.

The remaining seven sleeves were expanded toward their 50,000 DKK issuer
limits, with ISRG also constrained by volatility and all shares rounded down.
Actual cost exposure is 68.31%, inside the cautious 65–85% band but below its
75% target. The shortfall is execution constraints and rounding, not a larger
correction forecast. Seven holdings instead of the preferred eight–ten is a
temporary implementation limitation. The nine-name smaller-sleeve sizing
language in the initial rationale describes the intended basket; in particular
Apple and Walmart finished larger after redistribution, not small positions.
Their valuation risks remain relevant and must be reviewed.

First midpoint-marked NAV is 499,889.72 DKK (-0.0221%) because observed ask
purchases are marked at bid/ask midpoint. ACWI starts at 500,000 DKK, using
$157.85 and 474.6267708313 model units. Illustrative cost-adjusted NAV is
498,694.22 DKK. No commissions were charged to primary returns. All other
portfolios and the market-analysis feed were left unchanged.

## Market case and allocation

Use the cautious target: approximately 75% stocks and 25% DKK cash. The prior
completed session puts ACWI below its 50-session average but above its
200-session average, with VIX at 16.68. ACWI's observed opening-session quote
was around 0.9% lower; that is adverse evidence, not by itself a 5–15%
correction forecast or a crash. The existing report's valuation, oil and yield
risks justify caution. This is a targeted inception review, not a new full
macro report. A quantified correction central case is not established.

Base case: volatile, uneven trading with quality and relative strength mattering
more than indiscriminate index exposure. Hold the strongest reviewed feasible
stocks while retaining liquidity. Bull case: earnings and easing energy/yield
pressure improve breadth; review moving toward ordinary 90% exposure under v2.
Bear case: broad earnings deterioration plus credit/macro or long-trend damage
supports a quantified correction; reduce toward its 40% target at a permitted
review. A crash state requires the more severe documented evidence in v2.

Proposed sleeves before whole-share rounding: Microsoft 50,000 DKK; Apple
35,000; Intuitive Surgical 45,000; Northrop Grumman 50,000; RTX 40,000; Costco
45,000; Walmart 20,000; ExxonMobil 40,000; Chevron 50,000. Total 375,000 DKK.
Risk sizing may lower a sleeve. This is not mechanical score-weighting:
business/event/valuation uncertainty and diversification influence weights.
Maximum intended sector exposure is 90,000 DKK (industrials and energy),
well below the 125,000 DKK cap. Energy and defence are separate themes but both
can react to geopolitical news; neither is a guaranteed hedge.

## V2 ranking and information coverage (before final spread eligibility)

The initial price screen covers 38 companies, not 38 fully validated business
reviews. Twelve companies received more detailed consideration. The nine
selections are drawn from that reviewed feasible cohort; no exhaustive claim
that these are the world's nine best stocks is made. V1 scores are not reused.

Points below apply v2's five-point tests. An unverified test receives zero,
not an assumption of failure. Quality awards five each for the documented
moat mechanism, positive annual FCF, trailing profit, ROIC above the provider's
estimated WACC and supported balance sheet. Comparable two-year operating
margin stability is not awarded. ROIC/WACC are provider estimates.

| Ticker | Quality /30 | Valuation /25 | Timing /25 | Catalyst /10 | Liquidity /10 | Total /100 |
| --- | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: |
| NOC | 25 | 15 | 20 | 10 | 10 | 80 |
| CVX | 25 | 15 | 20 | 10 | 10 | 80 |
| COST | 25 | 15 | 20 | 5 | 10 | 75 |
| WMT | 25 | 10 | 20 | 10 | 10 | 75 |
| XOM | 25 | 10 | 20 | 5 | 10 | 70 |
| RTX | 25 | 15 | 15 | 10 | 10 | 75 |
| ISRG | 25 | 0 | 20 | 10 | 10 | 65 |
| MSFT | 25 | 0 | 25 | 0 | 10 | 60 |
| AAPL | 25 | 0 | 25 | 0 | 10 | 60 |

Tie-break: 20-session ACWI-relative return, then ticker. Quality rationale:
MSFT switching costs/cloud scale; AAPL ecosystem; ISRG installed base/training
and instruments; NOC/RTX certification, programme knowledge and installed base;
COST membership/purchasing scale; WMT distribution/purchasing scale; XOM/CVX
integrated assets and advantaged operating scale. These are analyst judgments,
not licensed proprietary moat ratings or guarantees of permanent advantage.

Valuation groups, explicitly limited: NOC/RTX/GE aerospace/defence; COST/WMT
large-scale retail; XOM/CVX integrated energy. Two-member comparisons are weak
evidence and not a sector-wide fair-value estimate. Tests awarded are trailing
P/E <=1.25x group median, EV/EBITDA <=1.25x group median, and FCF yield >=group
median where applicable. NOC, RTX, CVX and COST receive all three; XOM and WMT
the first two. No valuation bonus for MSFT/AAPL/ISRG without proper comparable
peer sets. No own-five-year median or dated forward-estimate revision bonus
for any company. Forward P/E is contextual with an unverified exact horizon.

Timing uses completed 21 October raw-price history: five each for close above
20/50-session averages, positive 20-session ACWI and fixed-sector excess return,
and the defined price recovery/breakout pattern. Only MSFT/AAPL receive the
last five; RTX is below its 50-session average. No volume-breakout claim.

NOC/RTX/ISRG have quantified recent results and maintained/raised outlook.
WMT has quantified recurring e-commerce/advertising growth and a raised annual
guide; do not count tariff refunds as recurring growth. COST's monthly comp
growth and XOM's operating results receive only one catalyst test; CVX's record
production and quantified cost reductions support both. MSFT/AAPL receive no
fresh-catalyst bonus. Liquidity requires the historical size/value screens,
ordinary mainstream listings, public broker availability and supported live
spread <=0.15%. This does not verify any particular user's account permissions.

IBM is omitted after an adverse post-results opening reaction and debt/EBITDA
around 3.73: pre-results technical strength cannot confirm new results.
TSM and GE have weaker sector/index-relative price evidence. Their older
business reviews remain in the initial research, not silently upgraded into
fully scored eligible replacements. Visa's approaching 27 October event would
create an immediate blackout/review problem; do not add a position solely to
rotate it days later. Reassess these and other sector gaps in future runs.

## Selected-company scenarios and financial checks

| Company | Base/bull mechanism | Bear case and review | Next event |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| MSFT | Cloud switching costs, cash generation, recovery price trend | Earnings/AI capex disappoint or relative recovery fails; two-ATR review | 28 Oct earnings, issuer-confirmed; resize before event |
| AAPL | Ecosystem cash generation and price strength | High multiple and weak device demand; smaller initial sleeve | 2 Nov provider earnings date; reconfirm |
| ISRG | Procedures +15%, revenue +22%; recurring instruments | Premium valuation, procedure slowdown, settlement costs | 20 Oct results just released; next date not established |
| NOC | Backlog and raised earnings guidance | Programme charges and segment-margin pressure | 20 Oct results just released; next date not established |
| RTX | Aerospace demand and raised cash-flow outlook | Production/engine liabilities, weaker trend; part of EPS uplift nonrecurring | 20 Oct results just released; next date not established |
| COST | Membership scale and 7.6% ex-fuel/FX comparable growth | Expensive multiple, weaker comps; calendar shift flattered September | 10 Dec provider earnings date; reconfirm |
| WMT | E-commerce +23%, advertising +38%, raised guide | US comps only +2.6%, tariff refund effects and expensive valuation | 19 Nov provider earnings date; reconfirm |
| XOM | Integrated assets and production/cash flow in oil stress | Lower crude prices or operating disruption | 30 Oct provider earnings date; reconfirm |
| CVX | Record US production, $3bn annual structural savings | Peak cyclical earnings, oil reversal, acquisition execution | 30 Oct provider earnings date; reconfirm |

Daily price invalidation is entry ask minus two ATR14, not a promised stop fill.
The actual levels, prior close, moving averages and relative returns are
preserved in the screen and execution data; do not invent a 2R target.
Bull/base/bear cases above are qualitative mechanisms, not probability estimates.

New reviews use provider annual FCF (USD millions, latest three fiscal years):
COST 9,382 / 7,837 / 6,629; WMT 14,923 / 12,660 / 15,120;
XOM 23,612 / 30,716 / 33,450; CVX 16,592 / 15,044 / 19,780.
Original five companies' annual histories remain in the original fundamentals
snapshot. AAPL's current statistics additionally show net cash of $62.17bn.
Provider-standardised financial statements are not a line-by-line audited
reconciliation. Reported net cash and leverage are point-in-time observations.

| Ticker | Trailing P/E | Forward P/E (horizon unverified) | EV/EBITDA | Price/FCF | Debt/EBITDA | ROIC / estimated WACC |
| --- | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: | --- |
| COST | 48.09 | 43.74 | 30.40 | 47.15 | 0.69 | 37.34% / 8.86% |
| WMT | 42.69 | 39.21 | 22.65 | 69.18 | 1.57 | 13.31% / 7.05% |
| XOM | 22.96 | 12.17 | 11.25 | 23.97 | 0.59 | 10.02% / 5.18% |
| CVX | 21.78 | 11.91 | 9.34 | 16.47 | 0.73 | 8.22% / 6.78% |

## Execution and accounting

One consolidated initial batch, at actual supported 22 October open-session
observations. Buy at observed ask, mark at observed bid/ask midpoint, using one
fresh USD/DKK observation for the batch. Nasdaq observations and the FX feed
are not simultaneous exchange ticks: exact times are archived separately.
The order book is indicative, not a guaranteed fill. Skip unsupported/stale or
wide-spread quotes rather than fabricate prices. Position cost is immutable;
initial mark may be slightly below purchase because of spread.

Primary P/L excludes commissions and tax. Separate sensitivity deducts 0.10%
of traded notional plus 0.25% of actual converted DKK. Initial purchases convert
only the invested DKK; remaining cash stays DKK. Future USD cash and dividends
must be recorded without duplicate conversions/distributions.

ACWI ETF and an optional SPY observation each start at 500,000 DKK in the same
quote window. ACWI is a disclosed ETF proxy, not the official MSCI Net Total
Return index. Track raw-price changes plus actual distributions in USD cash,
then translate at supported current FX. No pre-inception graph is invented;
the chart starts with one point and a minimum +/-10% range.

The authorised initial batch consumes 22 October's only trading opportunity.
At 18:00 the job may research and revalue, but not trade this model again.
Future management is permitted under the active v2 rules, including minimum
10,000 DKK new positions and one intended trading day held. Paper losses can
exceed planned two-ATR downside because of gaps and daily-only review.
